Ingredients

  • 100gms Vegetable Oil
  • 1kg Beef Steak
  • 100gms Frolic® Barbecue Sauce
  • 10gms Salt/Pepper

Preparation

 

  1. Clean the beef steak and pat it dry with a towel. Rub it with salt and pepper.
  2. Over a hot skillet / grill, approx. 2000C, add the vegetable oil and grill the beef steak and from all the side. Cover the steak with a lid and let it cook until it cooked as per preference.
  3. Gently brush all the Frolic® Barbecue Sauce over the steak and serve hot.
