In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Zaika™ garlic powder, Zaika™ red pepper powder, mustard, parsley and oregano. Marinate the fish cubes.
Roll the pieces of fish in Zaika™ pre-dust, then dip in egg and roll into Zaika™ breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil at 180oC and deep frying the fish nuggets until golden brown and cooked through, serve hot.
