Ingredients

  • 400gms Fish, boneless cubes
  • 1tsp Zaika™  Garlic Powder
  • 1tsp Zaika™ Red Pepper Powder | Mild
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 3tbsp flat parsley, chopped
  • 1/2tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Cups Zaika™ Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Zaika™ Pre-Dust
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Zaika™ garlic powder, Zaika™ red pepper powder, mustard, parsley and oregano. Marinate the fish cubes.
  2. Roll the pieces of fish in Zaika™ pre-dust, then dip in egg and roll into Zaika™ breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil at 180oC and deep frying the fish nuggets until golden brown and cooked through, serve hot.
