Ingredients

  • 100gms Zaika™ Beans Porridge
  • 2kg Raw Beans
  • 400gms Palm Oil
  • 9ltrs Water
  • 200gms Onions (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Wash the beans with cold water 4 -5 times.
  2. Boil the 2kg beans in 8ltrs of water until they are cooked soft and strain.
  3. In a hot pot, add palm oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
  4. Add the beans porridge seasoning mix, the cooked beans and 1ltr of water.
  5. Cook until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve hot.
