Make 3 slits on each of the chicken breast. In a bowl mix together, the oil, mustard, salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Add the chicken and marinate.
On a skillet, sear the chicken breast for 3 minutes on both side. Place them on a broiler pan, pour the Frolic® Mexican Sauce over the chicken and spread the Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and mozzarella has melted completely.
