Mix the Zaika™ Moi Moi Mix, water and oil in a bowl until smooth paste. Transfer in small containers and steam until cooked through. Cool and cut into bite sized cubes.
In a bowl, add the flour, corn flour, salt, pepper and little water to make a batter. Dip the moi moi pieces and deep fry until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat little oil, add the ginger garlic paste, onion, green bell pepper, green chili and sauté little.
Add Frolic® Tomato Ketchup, Frolic® Pepe Sauce, soy sauce, little water, check seasoning and cook until thick.
Add the fried moi moi pieces and toss in the sauce. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
