Fried BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 200g Frolic® Barbecue Sauce
  • 100g Refined Flour
  • 1kg Chicken Wings
  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. Wash and clean the chicken wings in cold water.
  2. In a hot pot, heat water at 950C and blanch the chicken wings, strain.
  3. Dust the blanched chicken wings in refined flour thoroughly to coat all the sides.
  4. Deep dry the chicken wings for 2-3 minutes in 1800 C vegetable oil, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Separately on a hot skillet, add the Frolic® Barbecue Sauce and add the fried chicken wings.
  6. Toss until the sauce is properly coated. Serve Hot.

Tip: can be garnished with white sesame seeds.
