Ingredients

  • 200gms Cream Cheese / Feta Cheese
  • 1/8tsp Zaika™ Garlic Powder
  • 1/8tsp Zaika™ Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Zaika™ Black Pepper
  • 20pieces Button Mushrooms
  • 1cup Zaika™ Pre Dust
  • 1cup Zaika™ Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper and mix well until smooth.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  3. Dip the mushrooms in the egg, then Zaika™ Pre Dust and roll in the Zaika™ Bread Crumbs.
  4. Heat the oil at 180oC and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
