Fried Rice with Eezy Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 100gm Eezy Kitchen® Fried Rice Ready Mix
  • 1kg Raw Rice
  • 250gm Vegetable Oil
  • 150gm Onions (chopped) (garnish)
  • 50gms Carrots (diced) (garnish)
  • 50gms Green Bell Pepper (garnish)
  • 50gms Red Bell Pepper (garnish)
  • 50gms Sweet Corn (garnish)
  • 50gms Spring Onions (garnish)
  • 3ltrs Water

Preparation

  1. Wash the rice and let it soak for15-30 minutes.
  2. In a cooking pot, add half the oil, Eezy Kitchen® Fried Rice Ready Mix and the water, bring this solution to a boil.
  3. Strain the rice and add it to the solution and cook until rice is done.
  4. In a saucepan, add the remaining oil and lightly sauté onions, carrots, green bell pepper, red bell peppers, sweet corn, spring onions to garnish the rice, serve hot.
