Mix the Zaika™ Pepe Marinade, oil and water in a bowl to make a thick paste and marinate the shrimps.
Beat the egg in a small bowl, cut a spring roll sheet in half, diagonally, place a shrimp on one side, roll and seal by brushing the egg at the edges. Repeat for all the pieces.
Heat the oil at 180oC and deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
